LITIGATION
In the past fifteen years, Captain Leiner has appeared at numerous depositions and trials in state and federal court. In addition, each damage and casualty survey must be prepared in a way that Captain Leiner can defend his findings in a court of law. (More details available upon request.) And has just finished a paper that has been Nationally used on the damage to vessels operating in the Gulf of Mexico due to the BP oil spill, and is involved in the subsequent litigation against BP.
