CE Marking is a mandatory European marking to indicate conformity with the essential health and safety requirements outlined in European Directives. To permit the use of CE marking, proof that the product meets the relevant requirements must be documented. The organization has to issue a Declaration of Conformity noting identity, location and relevant information including a list of standards the product complies with. A legally binding signature is also required.
CE Certification is required for all recreational boats entering or being sold in the European Union. AAC Marine Surveyor Captain A. Leiner, MMS/AMS meets the above requirements as a CE Marking Consultant and is qualified to legitimately do CE marking. By affixing the CE marking, Captain A. Leiner asserts that the product meets all of the essential requirements of the relevant European Directives.AAC Marine Group is certified for RCD Recreational Craft Directive, Directive 96/98 on marine equipment, Directive 94/25 on recreational craft, and Directive 89/686 on personal protective equipment.

As a Certified Level 1 Thermographer, Arlen Leiner is also qualified to identify and document thermal patterns for any object, animate or inanimate, thermal inspection for commercial, industrial, and manufacturing plants as well as yacht and vessel thermal imaging and residential homes.
